These Terms of Service govern your use of the Drevia application ("App"), published under the Apple Developer Program by Raman Pazdniakou and developed by Vladislav Bobarykin. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Drevia is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Submitting content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent the App or its server infrastructure
• Using the App to generate content that violates Apple's App Store Guidelines or applicable law
• Abusing the quota system or attempting to bypass usage limits

AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations and images are generated by third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Black Forest Labs Flux). This content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Drevia offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Drevia are the property of the developer. AI-generated interpretations and images produced from your dream descriptions are provided to you for personal use. You may not reproduce or distribute App content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, interruption of service, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. This version is effective as of 2026-05-26.
